Trash & Recycling
Trash is picked up weekly and Recycling is picked up every other week. To look up your Trash and Recycling Schedule visit Republic Services website, all you need to do is enter your address and zip code. If you have questions about the schedule please contact Republic Services.
Trash Tags
To obtain trash tag stickers, please stop by the Municipal building to purchase them or contact Verdale Price at 724-327-2100 ext. 104.

Important notice from Republic Services
Republic Services, the Municipality of Murrysville and the Borough of Export’s trash/recycling hauler, will begin a new service to collect Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and Electronic Waste (E-Waste) at residents’ homes, effective October 1, 2016.

To arrange for a collection kit and pick-up date, residents should contact Republic Services at 877-788-9400 (toll free) or by email at email Republic Services. This is a free service that is available to Murrysville and Export’s residents throughout the year. Questions should be directed to Republic Services at 877-788-9400.

If your service day is on or after one of the following holidays that are on a weekday, your pickup day will be delayed one day:
