The primary objective of this project is to develop an outdoor amphitheater performance area within the confines of MCP for use as a music and event venue.  The ideal consultant must demonstrate experience working within DCNR grant funding parameters, innovation, experience with sustainable building practices, and familiarity with sound design.

The consultant will be responsible for development of a concept plan to include

?     Utilities;

?     Parking and food truck staging area;

?     A pre-fabricated amphitheater structure;

?     A pad for a pre-fabricated restroom structure identified by the Municipality;

?     A supporting small active playground recreation area;

?     Infrastructure support including site utilities and lighting;

?     An analysis of work to be completed by an independent contract(s) versus the Public Works

Department; and

?     A preliminary construction cost estimate

The Municipality will participate in the selection of the of the sound engineer, electrical engineer, and geotechnical services.  As a result the proposal shall provide for an allowance of these costs.
